White Pearl Resort's 22 exclusive Pool Suites each offer lovely views of the Indian Ocean. They have been stylishly decorated to blend into the natural surroundings. Besides a luxurious living area there is also an en suite bathroom with a bathtub and an outdoor shower. The suites are raised on timber stilts to offer great views over the dunes and the ocean. Glass doors open out onto a deck area that is equipped with a large day bed and a private plunge pool.

Enjoy tropical fruit, freshly baked pastries and other delicious treats for breakfast at the White Pearl Resorts restaurant. Grab a salad or light lunch after your daily activities, and at night, indulge in a candlelit dinner of scrumptious Mozambican seafood with other a la carte options, all served with fantastic South African and Portuguese wines and authentic Mozambican hospitality.

Dine under the starlit sky, in the privacy of your own room or on the beach. You may also swim up to the laid-back pool bar and select a cocktail to sip while enjoying the view of the Indian Ocean, or enjoy rustic tapas and deliciously chilled wine at the beach bar under the African sun.

Venture by boat to the nearby pinnacle reef for a snorkelling trip, and you could swim with the Bottlenose Dolphins that regularly glide through these waters – a sublime experience you won’t easily forget. Every year between July – November the Humpback whales visit, they are on their annual migration and it’s a wonderful spectacle. The Resort organises trips to find the majestic giants and you can observe them from their natural habitat. Watch these beautiful creatures as they play, breach and blow and if you are lucky to be there towards the end of the season you may even get the opportunity to see the new-borns.

The resort is home to one of the richest turtle nesting sites in southern Mozambique. Between November and February each year, guests have the opportunity to witness an extraordinary feat of nature first-hand. Loggerhead and Leatherback Turtles head to this stretch of coast to lay their eggs, and, a few weeks later, the hatchlings make their first-ever voyage to the ocean.
